• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, forecasting, and replenishment planning to optimize inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to maintain performance and development.
• Implement best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (customs, transport, env.).
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and digitization efforts.
• Adhere to EHS practices and proactively report hazards and safety ideas.
