Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator (Service Provider) to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage daily shipment activities, update SAP, and monitor bills of lading.

The role focuses on strengthening supplier and customer relationships, supporting demand forecasting, and cost analysis of cargo and transport, with occasional business travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders, to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Manage daily shipment activities, including purchase order processing, shipment coordination, SAP system updates, sailing schedule monitoring, and verification of invoices and Bills of Lading.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and customers while overseeing order backlogs and supporting demand forecasting activities.
• Perform cost analysis with a strong understanding of cargo, logistics, and transportation expenses to support operational efficiency.
• Undertake business travel on an as-needed basis to support operational and customer requirements.
