Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage daily shipment activities, and support order fulfillment in the automotive & E&E industry.

This role requires a Diploma or higher with 2–3 years of relevant experience; responsibilities include SAP updates, invoices and Bills of Lading verification, and cost analysis to optimize logistics. Occasional business travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage daily shipment activities, PO processing, sailing schedule monitoring, and invoice verification.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, monitor order backlogs, and support demand forecasting.
• Perform cost analysis related to cargo, logistics, and transportation to improve efficiency.
• Undertake business travel as needed to support operations and customers.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders, to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Manage daily shipment activities, including purchase order processing, shipment coordination, SAP system updates, sailing schedule monitoring, and verification of invoices and Bills of Lading.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and customers while overseeing order backlogs and supporting demand forecasting activities.

• Perform cost analysis with a strong understanding of cargo, logistics, and transportation expenses to support operational efficiency.

• Undertake business travel on an as-needed basis to support operational and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Possess Min Diploma qualification with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
