Job summary

INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support reporting, purchasing administration, inventory management, and supply planning.

You will maintain NetSuite records, prepare recurring operational reports, process POs and TOs, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers. The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous data handling, and the ability to spot discrepancies before they impact operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics
• Experience creating/editing POs and TOs in ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivots
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive administrative tasks accurately
• Excellent written English for daily communications with US-based teams and suppliers
• Follow documented procedures and maintain organized records

Responsibilities

• Generate and refresh scheduled reports (DOH, ATP, DC Planning) and share with Operations
• Prepare daily reports from NetSuite exports and update results per procedures
• Identify data gaps and errors; escalate issues before distribution
• Create/update purchase orders and transfer orders; manage SKUs and price changes
• Maintain container tracking and inventory records; ensure accuracy
• Support transportation coordination, CommerceHub activities, and supplier communications
