Job summary

Intelegencia in Pasig, Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily reporting, purchasing administration, inventory management, and supply planning. The role focuses on accurate NetSuite data, routine operational reports, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel, able to handle repetitive data-driven tasks, and identify discrepancies before they affect operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and NetSuite is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with data-driven reporting capability.
• Strong written and spoken English for US-based interactions.

Responsibilities

• Run, refresh, and distribute scheduled reports (DOH, ATP, DC Planning, Wires, Weekly Update).
• Prepare daily reports from NetSuite exports and distribute results to Operations.
• Identify data gaps, formulas, and anomalies and escalate to the manager.
• Maintain accurate reporting files and follow procedures.
• Create POs and TOs, update and close orders, and track open balances.
• Maintain container tracking and update inventory records.
• Support transportation, order channels, and inventory allocation activities.
• Monitor vendor compliance and coordinate with teams on supplier issues.
• Review inventory, open POs, and forecast data for replenishment planning.
• Prepare data for demand planning meetings and track performance metrics.
