Job summary

Intelegencia, a global services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations professional based in Metro Manila to manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, purchasing coordination, and inventory tracking to ensure material availability.

You will monitor operational metrics, analyze data to drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or inventory administration.
• Experience creating and editing purchase orders (POs) and transfer orders (TOs).
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups, pivot tables, filters, and data-driven reports.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to write clear professional emails to US-based teams and suppliers.
• Reliability and adherence to procedures.
