Job summary

Lennor Metier seeks an experienced Senior Supply Chain & Operations leader to drive end-to-end oversight of demand/supply planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics in Taguig, Philippines. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional alignment with Commercial and Finance teams.

You will establish KPIs, lead 3PL partnerships, and champion continuous improvements to strengthen service levels and inventory health while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and operations, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and warehouse or fulfillment operations.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain functions, balancing inventory availability, operational capacity, service levels, and costs.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, including vendor performance, contract negotiations, and service delivery.
• MBA, postgraduate studies, or relevant professional certifications in SCM or Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations, overseeing demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory availability, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment strategies to support commercial requirements.
• Drive warehouse and fulfillment performance through effective management of 3PL providers and external service partners.
• Manage supplier and logistics partnerships, including contract negotiations, service performance, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align demand forecasts, inventory investments, and operational priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs covering forecast accuracy, inventory health, fulfillment efficiency, service levels, and operational costs.
• Lead budgeting, cost-to-serve analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain and operational performance.
• Oversee supply chain risk management, process improvements, and systems optimization to support business continuity and scalability.
• Lead and develop supply chain and operations teams, driving accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, consumer goods, or omnichannel retail operations.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Experience managing high-volume order fulfillment, inventory planning, and logistics operations across multiple sales channels.
• Exposure to supply chain systems implementation, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or planning automation.
• Experience supporting new product launches, market expansion, or additional distribution channels.
• MBA, postgraduate studies, or relevant professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
