Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, in partnership with a well-established FMCG/manufacturing client, seeks a Supply Chain Manager based in Bulacan. The role oversees procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics to ensure efficient operations and cost optimization.

The position requires 5+ years in supply chain with strong leadership and cross-functional coordination; Excel proficiency and ERP experience are assets. Onsite work schedule, Mon–Fri, compressed week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience including procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations covering procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics.
• Lead procurement activities, including supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee demand, supply, and production planning to ensure material availability.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, costs, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
• Identify process gaps and implement efficiency, cost, and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, Quality, and other teams to align supply chain activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The role

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, covering procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics. The role will ensure efficient inventory management, timely availability of materials and products, cost optimization, and smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience, with exposure to procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
• Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
