Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group in Manila is seeking a Director - Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations, driving product availability, efficiency, and cost control across planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

You will champion continuous improvement, oversee cross-functional teams, and coordinate with international suppliers and customs brokers to sustain growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Exposure to international suppliers, importation, and customs clearance, including coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
