Job summary

AECOM in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level professional to join the Source to Pay Team in risk management of Third-Party Business Partners. Under supervision, you will review supplier requests, update records, coordinate with suppliers, and support IRQ and recertification processes.

This role emphasizes compliance with SLAs, collaboration with Procurement and Accounts teams, and maintaining supplier data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in managing Third Parties, Customer Service, or Procurement preferred.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of Coupa platform and associated systems is preferred.
• Has the flexibility to work according to changes in workload and other priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review new supplier requests forms; verify legitimacy and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to reflect updated information in systems.
• Communicate needs to requesting departments; document findings and recommendations.
• Maintain supplier contact information; support IRQ processes when needed.
• Update IRQ progress tracker and flag overdue tasks or timeouts.
• Maintain records of IRQ monitoring activities.
• Monitor active IRQs and escalate delays or issues with senior team members.
• Support the IRQ timeout process and implement corrective measures.
• Review and resolve IRQs paused during onboarding; communicate outcomes.
• Support supplier recertification; track status and update records.
• Assist Employee Center communications and respond to queries.
• Distribute relevant information to employees and organize email correspondence.
• Direct users to correct Third Party Risk procedures; ensure SLAs are met.
• Review and record third‑party data within SLAs with timeliness.
