Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist for the Source to Pay Team in Manila. You will handle simple to medium subcontract activities, support project teams, and manage supplier relationships while driving compliance and strategic value.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in engineering, procurement, or construction, with experience in subcontracting, procurement systems, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in engineering, procurement, and/or construction environments.
• Experience in subcontracting or other procurement functions preferred.
• Ability to understand subcontracting and procurement terminology; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare and solicit RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for services and goods.
• Prepare and execute Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
• Negotiate deviations from terms and insurance requirements.
• Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.
• Communicate with subcontractors for timely proposals and clarifications.
• Develop understanding of procurement systems and tools.
