Western Union is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Supervisor to join our Global Know Your Customer (GKYC) team in Quezon City, Philippines. In this role, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Global KYC within Global KYC Program Office, you will conduct First Line of Defense oversight of KYC cases. Leveraging your deep expertise in financial crime and compliance investigations, you will guide a team of KYC QA analysts, lead process improvements, and help maintain global policies. In this role you will help solve complex problems related to the application and enforcement of KYC requirements around the globe. In this role you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams in Compliance and Operations to support compliance and business needs, support regulatory obligations and formulate requirements and ensure consistent execution of the Global KYC Program across regions.
