Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead employee relations, engagement, and HR operations in Metro Manila.

You will design annual engagement calendars, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and drive initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction across a large workforce.

Applicants should bring a strong HR background in BPO environments, excellent communication, and analytical skills; MA in Industrial Psychology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, HRM, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in general HR, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in large BPOs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Willingness to work in Davao and with flexible/graveyard shifts.

Provides the necessary assistance in labor/employment issues and concerns. Manages and reviews all HR communication material (such as announcement, policies) to ensure consistency, clarity and effective branding of employee services.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably graduates of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in General HR of which 3 years in a Managerial capacity is required with strong thrust on Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
• Experience in handling large scale BPO companies with thousands of employees is a plus
