Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise HR Sr./ Analysts in making sure that day to day tasks are being performed.
Oversee the benefits processing (government and company)
Ensure compliance with statutory benefits and government mandated programs ( SSS, Philhealth and PAG IBIG in the Philippines or relevant local programs.
Handles employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits
Coordinates with external vendors, insurance providers and government agencies for benefits administration and presents new policies and/or benefits of the company to employees
Process and validate employee movement request and prepares the documentation and reflect the change/s in the system.
Performs Adhoc tasks assigned by Manager/ HR Head.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of at least 1 year supervisor experience and strong benefits background
• Strong knowledge of Philippine statutory benefits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
