Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep our stores, offices, and facilities safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. You will inspect facilities, perform preventive maintenance, and address issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for keeping the organization's stores, offices, facilities, equipment, and fixtures in safe, functional, and good aesthetic condition.
Conduct routine inspections of store facilities, equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure to identify potential issues before they affect daily operations.
Perform regular checks and maintenance of electrical systems, lighting fixtures, air conditioning units, cold storage, roll-up doors, refraction doors, cabinets, drawers, and other store facilities.
Conduct preventive maintenance and basic servicing of air conditioning units and cold storage equipment as required.
Inspect electrical systems and identify damaged wiring, faulty connections, and other potential electrical hazards.
Replace busted LED strip lights, downlights, power supplies, and other electrical components as required.
Perform routine checks and minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and other facility systems.
Maintain accurate records of completed preventive maintenance activities and report recurring or major concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Recommend corrective actions when potential safety, operational, or equipment issues are identified.
Respond promptly to store maintenance concerns, including emergency issues that may disrupt or prevent store operations.
Diagnose and perform repairs for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, and other general maintenance concerns within established technical capabilities.
Repair or replace damaged electrical wiring, LED strip lights, downlights, power supplies, switches, outlets, and other electrical components.
Troubleshoot and address issues involving store air conditioning units and cold storage equipment.
Repair and maintain roll-up doors, refraction doors, cabinets, drawers, and other store fixtures.
Identify and correct potential safety hazards within stores and company facilities.
Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs as required.
Conduct post-repair checks to ensure equipment, fixtures, and facilities are safe and operational.
Escalate complex technical issues, major repairs, or concerns requiring specialized expertise to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Coordinate with external contractors or service providers as instructed for specialized repairs and technical work.
Maintain the overall aesthetic, cleanliness, functionality, and operational condition of store facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify damaged, defective, or deteriorating assets.
Ensure store equipment and facility components remain operational and are properly maintained.
Perform office maintenance and repairs at both Headquarters, including electrical, air conditioning, lighting, fixtures, and other general facility requirements.
Monitor the condition of office equipment, fixtures, and facility components and address maintenance concerns promptly.
Maintain proper records of repairs, maintenance activities, and recurring equipment or facility issues.
Properly use, maintain, and store maintenance tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials.
Report damaged, missing, or defective maintenance tools and equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Help identify opportunities to improve the condition, reliability, and lifespan of company facilities and assets
At least College level or its equivalent with certificate from a vocational/technical school
1-2 years of experience as Maintenance Electrician, Aircon Technician, or any related field
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Must be computer literate
