Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep our stores, offices, and facilities safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. You will inspect facilities, perform preventive maintenance, and address issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as Maintenance Electrician, Aircon Technician, or related field.
• At least college level or equivalent with vocational/technical certificate.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with general maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of facilities, electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, and fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance concerns and perform repairs within capabilities.
• Inspect and replace electrical components like LED lights and wiring.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and coordinate with supervisor.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
• Maintain asset upkeep and office facilities at Headquarters.
