RNT Wardrobe, a clothing rental platform in the Philippines, is seeking a studio coordinator to run daily studio operations in Makati. You will manage orders, consignments, inventory, fittings, pricing decisions, and client communications across social channels and POS systems.

You will coordinate with consignors and couriers, upload new items to Shopify, track inventory, process payments, and ensure timely handovers. This role emphasizes proactive organization and customer-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all order-related inquiries and communications through social channels.

• Oversee fit requests, scheduling, and payments from clients.
• Apply discounts or fees per studio guidelines and client context.

RNT Wardrobe is a clothing rental platform created for eco-conscious and fashion-forward Filipinos. Our mission is to make global brands more accessible to the local community while promoting sustainable fashion practices.

We are looking for a studio coordinator to run the day-to-day operations of our studio.

Order & Client Management

• Manage all order-related inquiries and communications through social media channels
• Mark orders as paid on the POS system upon receiving online proof of payment
• Coordinate with clients for non-picked-up items and follow through on resolution
• Reconcile orders that were not picked up at end of day

Consignment Coordination

• Prepare and send consignment info to approved consignors
• Coordinate delivery and receipt of new consignment pieces
• Update consignor status, inventory sheet, and performance records
• Prepare and send consignor updates
• Communicate with consignors regarding their item status
• Ensure timely coordination with consignors whose items have not been returned

Inventory & Purge Management

• Stay on top of overall studio inventory, monitoring item movement and status
• Upload new consignment items onto Shopify
• Oversee tagging, inventory updates, and status changes for purged items
• Secure consignor consent before any items are marked for sale or pulled out
• Coordinate and document handover of returned pieces to consignors or couriers

Fittings Coordination

• Consolidate and manage all fitting requests
• Review fitting notes daily and prepare requirements in advance
• Collect fitting payments from clients prior to scheduled fittings
• Coordinate at-home fittings logistics and ensure return scheduling
• Compile fitting proof of payments

Pricing & Financial Decisions

• Apply discounts and waive or charge fees based on studio guidelines and client context
• Exercise sound judgment on exceptions, escalating to senior management only when necessary

Social Media & Client Communications

• Monitor and respond to all social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Serve as the primary point of contact for online client communication
