Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent based in the Philippines to handle inbound student inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will triage and resolve tier 1 queries and escalate tier 2 as knowledge deepens, collaborating with teams in Australia and Colombia.

You will maintain high-quality service, meet KPIs, and utilize the campus hub portal for self-service guidance. A strong customer-centric approach and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take coaching feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound student queries via email, phone and chat.
• Conduct outbound communications to resolve queries and coordinate information.
• Provide high-quality, timely responses to student inquiries.
• Meet KPIs and participate in coaching to improve performance.
• Record interactions in the Student Records Management System.
• Escalate issues as required and support the Enrolment Centre Team Leader.
