Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of guidance and student development programs and activities.
• Provide initial assistance to students who approach the Guidance Office and refer concerns to the appropriate guidance counselor or concerned office when necessary.
• Assist in coordinating individual and group guidance activities, orientations, seminars, workshops, and other student development initiatives.
• Maintain and organize student guidance records, forms, reports, and other confidential documents.
• Assist in administering and coordinating approved psychological or guidance-related assessments, as assigned and within the scope of the position.
• Coordinate with teachers, academic offices, parents/guardians, and other concerned personnel regarding student-related concerns and activities, as appropriate.
• Assist in monitoring student participation and compliance with guidance programs and interventions.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, schedules, and other documentation required by the Guidance Office.
• Assist in gathering and organizing student data for reports, program evaluation, and planning.
• Help ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of student information and guidance records.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of student wellness, formation, and development activities.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for Guidance Office programs and events.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
