The Guidance Associate provides administrative and program support to the Guidance Office in delivering student-centered guidance and counseling services. The position assists in the implementation of guidance programs, coordinates student-related activities, maintains guidance records, and supports the day-to‑day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of guidance and student development programs and activities.
Provide initial assistance to students who approach the Guidance Office and refer concerns to the appropriate guidance counselor or concerned office when necessary.
Assist in coordinating individual and group guidance activities, orientations, seminars, workshops, and other student development initiatives.
Maintain and organize student guidance records, forms, reports, and other confidential documents.
Assist in administering and coordinating approved psychological or guidance-related assessments, as assigned and within the scope of the position.
Coordinate with teachers, academic offices, parents/guardians, and other concerned personnel regarding student-related concerns and activities, as appropriate.
Assist in monitoring student participation and compliance with guidance programs and interventions.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, schedules, and other documentation required by the Guidance Office.
Assist in gathering and organizing student data for reports, program evaluation, and planning.
Help ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of student information and guidance records.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of student wellness, formation, and development activities.
Provide administrative and logistical support for Guidance Office programs and events.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
