Job summary

St. Jude College Dasmariñas, Cavite Inc. seeks a Student Support Group Officer to ensure seamless access to learning and support services for students. You will coordinate with departments, handle inquiries, and support daily operations while maintaining accurate data tracking.

You will work with students, parents, and faculty, applying analytical thinking to improve processes and resolve concerns promptly. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Experience handling students.
• LPT, RPm or other related license preferred.
• Excellent Excel and data management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for students and parents addressing and resolving inquiries both online and onsite.
• Coordinating with departments to ensure student concerns are acknowledged and resolved promptly.
• Managing reporting and documentation tasks, including preparing reports on attendance, registration, and student account balances.
• Maintaining accurate tracking systems.
• Delegating tasks to project-based staff to ensure operational efficiency.
