Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment, student services or similar roles.
• Experience in education settings is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations.
• Coordinate schedules with leadership, staff, students, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead to recruit prospective applicants.
• Review applications and assist with admissions interviews and evaluations.
• Respond to inquiries about programs, requirements and processes.
• Engage with prospective students in a persuasive, friendly manner.
• Manage registration, enrollment and student/applicant records.
• Assist in planning class schedules, activities and events.
• Support daily school operations and assist faculty and leadership.
• Track student progress and collect program performance data.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
