GUS Education PH is seeking a Student Ambassador Programme Coordinator to support the Student Ambassador Scheme. You will administer applications, onboarding, and records, and coordinate contracts and payroll-related aspects in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in programme administration or student services, strong communication, and solid Excel skills to track metrics and generate reports. The position offers collaboration with university partners and a pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in programme administration or student services.
• you will manage ambassador records, onboarding, and documentation.
• experience handling influencers or student ambassadors is preferred.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Student Ambassador Scheme.
• Maintain programme records, databases, and templates.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and contracts for ambassadors.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and data privacy.
