Job summary

GUS Education PH is seeking a Student Ambassador Programme Coordinator to support the university's student ambassador scheme, manage records, coordinates recruitment and onboarding, and liaise with students and departments. This hybrid role starts onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City for the first 3 months, then offers a flexible mix of WFH and on-site work.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in programme admin and influencer coordination, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in programme administration or related roles.
• 2–3 years handling influencers or student ambassadors.
• Experience in college/university environments preferred.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Student Ambassador Scheme.
• Develop and maintain programme records and documentation.
• Coordinate day-to-day programme activities and processes.
• Maintain accurate programme systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with university policies.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and contracts for ambassadors.
• Support payroll, timesheets, and related processes.
• Communicate with students and stakeholders.
• Plan and organize ambassador training and events.
