Job summary

RELX International is seeking a coordinated role to manage student cohorts, ensure proper roster reflects and resolve access issues. You will work with Evolve Support and various internal teams to keep payment status, entitlements, and access aligned with policy.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to learn enterprise AI tools for smooth workflows across systems and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college completed.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with different CRM tools.
• Ability to learn enterprise AI tools for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage student movement between cohorts and ensure roster accuracy.
• Report student payment status to Evolve Support for quick access questions.
• Monitor HESI course activity to identify nonpaying students.
• Collaborate with Delivery Operations on nonpaying student reporting to protect access.
• Confirm product entitlement by the required date for timely access.
• Enable or disable student Evolve account access as needed.
• Maintain documentation of student movement, payment exceptions, entitlement confirmations, and access follow-up items.
• Escalate unresolved payment, access, or entitlement issues to stakeholders.
