Job summary

Millennium Erectors Corporation is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our structural team in Metro Manila. The candidate will review drawings, supervise on-site works, and ensure code-compliant solutions.

Requirements include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, PRC license, 2–3 years’ experience in structural design/review, and travel/relocation within Luzon. Willing to relocate and site accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, major in Structural Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License) — active and in good standing
• Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in structural design, review, or construction supervision
• Knowledgeable in the Philippine National Building Code and NSCP

Responsibilities

• Review and verify structural drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and constructability
• Monitor all structural works — excavation, rebar installation, formworks, concrete pouring, and masonry — for compliance with design and standards
• Inspect foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and load-bearing elements to ensure proper placement, alignment, and quality
• Resolve site structural queries, prepare technical clarifications, and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions
• Coordinate with design consultants, project engineers, and contractors on structural requirements and changes
• Prepare structural inspection reports, progress records, and technical documentation
• Ensure all structural materials and works meet safety, quality, and load-resistance requirements
• Assist in structural integrity checks and as-built documentation before turnover

• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License) — active and in good standing
• Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in structural design, review, or construction supervision
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software, and reading structural drawings & details
• Knowledgeable in the Philippine National Building Code and structural standards (NSCP)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to coordinate with site engineers & consultants
• Must be willing to travel/relocate within or outside Metro Manila (within Luzon)
• With provided site accommodation
