Job summary
Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Effectiveness Manager to lead the operations improvement and strategy for Editorial Operations in alignment with business priorities. You will translate strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps, pursue automation, BPM, and Agile initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities include governance, performance measurement, resource planning, and building continuous-improvement capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in managing projects
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and lead
- Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
- Experience with AI tools to support workflows is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead development and review of the operations effectiveness strategy
- Assess performance, needs, technologies, risks and opportunities
- Translate priorities into roadmaps, business cases and plans
- Drive process improvement, automation, BPM, Agile initiatives
- Establish governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Prioritize and allocate resources across initiatives
- Monitor results and adjust strategy and roadmap
- Mentor teams in continuous improvement projects
