Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Digital Business Consultant to drive transformation in operations. You will collaborate with operations executives, staff, and IT to implement new solutions, campaigns, BAU initiatives, and key projects aligned to OKRs.

You will shape roadmaps, translate requirements into user stories, and measure process efficiency with KPIs while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with strong analytical skills.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, process reengineering, or systems improvements.
• Proven track record delivering operational transformation projects.
• Knowledge of life insurance or banking domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and product delivery for operations initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
• Translate business requirements into development-ready user stories with clear criteria.
• Provide training and support during transformation and ensure change adoption.
