Requirements include a Bachelor in a relevant field and 5+ years in Finance or transformation, with strong stakeholder management and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, performance management or related roles.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Finance Performance Management framework with KPI architecture and governance.
• Translate strategy into measurable objectives for Finance services and processes.
• Coordinate collection and interpretation of performance data for decision-making.
• Support analysis of performance results and define corrective actions.
• Lead performance review sessions with Finance leadership and partners.
• Benchmark externally to set ambitious but realistic targets.
