Vertiv Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations & Support Senior Analyst to optimize pricing, analyze margins, and govern discount programs. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions and maximize revenue and customer value.

The successful candidate will lead pricing initiatives, develop tools, and train junior team members while ensuring policy compliance and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 5 years in customer service experience.
• 2 years in Vertiv customer service environment.
• Strong pricing analytics and communication skills.
• Ability to lead pricing projects and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Generate and evaluate margin calculations for complex configurations.
• Analyze discount programs performance and inform strategy.
• Document evaluations using master forms.
• Obtain data from company applications and approved sources.
• Lead pricing-related projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Offering and Leadership.
• Develop pricing tools and profitability models.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
