Job summary

Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, seeks a Sales Operations & Support Senior Analyst to drive profitable growth through pricing analysis, margin optimization, and discount governance. The role interfaces with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to support data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has a background in pricing, finance, or engineering with strong analytical skills and a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
5 years of experience in customer service.
2 years of experience with Vertiv Customer Service environment.
Strong analytical and pricing skills.

Responsibilities

Generate and evaluate margin calculations on complex configurations to improve margin and revenue.
Analyze discount programs performance—sales, revenue, margin, and customer acquisition/retention.
Document evaluations using approved master forms.
Retrieve data from company applications and approved sources.
Lead pricing-related projects with defined timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Offering, and leadership to align discount strategies.
Develop pricing tools and profitability models; support pricing-related projects.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members and ensure pricing policy compliance.
