OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to turn financial insights into better business decisions in Metro Manila. You will work with Sales and internal stakeholders to shape pricing decisions and improve revenue performance.

The role offers cross-functional exposure across revenue analysis, pricing, forecasting, and yield management, with responsibilities spanning profitability analyses, rate updates, and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance or accounting field is required.
• Two years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, revenue management or pricing.
• Analytical mindset with attention to numerical detail for financial data.
• Clear communication and inter-team coordination skills.
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales in developing rates and evaluating profitability of accounts.
• Prepare profitability analyses for key and co-loader accounts.
• Monitor monthly revenue performance across service products and spot improvement opportunities.
• Keep pricing records accurate and updated reflecting approved rates.
• Support demand forecasting and identify pricing opportunities to improve yield.
• Maintain customer, pricing, and profitability reports and databases.
• Prepare and consolidate periodic production reports for specially arranged accounts.
• Coordinate rate updates with teams and participate in sales and client meetings as needed.
