Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an entry-level Sales Operations & Support Analyst in the Philippines to bridge Field Sales with cross-functional teams. You will optimize sales processes, enable data-driven decisions, and support governance for accurate forecasting, pricing integrity, and timely order fulfillment.

The role focuses on analytical, collaborative work across Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to scale revenue growth and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel, Power BI and Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project management for larger projects.
• Assist Leadership in Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Support Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reporting requirements.
• Follow up on opportunities with Local Vertiv Offices.
• Update opportunity status in OSC.
• Track order status, provide ship dates, and request expedite.
