Job summary

VCC Link, Inc. is seeking an experienced workforce management professional to lead scheduling operations in a global captive center.

You will act as subject matter expert for scheduler timekeeper coordinators, support onboarding and mentoring, and collaborate with team leads and department leadership to ensure smooth daily coverage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of workforce management and staffing operations experience (Manager).
• 3+ years in staffing/scheduling and 3+ years of supervisory/people management experience
• Experience with UKG/Kronos in healthcare setting is mandatory
• Knowledge of EPIC/ConnectCare OpTime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for scheduler timekeeper coordinators onboarding development and mentoring support.
• Escalation point for complex questions and issues, works with the team, centralized scheduling leadership as well as department leadership.
• Leads all post-schedule maintenance of departmental schedules within the electronic staffing system, ensuring accurate and adequate daily coverage, maintaining operational efficiency, and required skill mix.
• Proactively communicating and escalating recruitment needs based on projected volumes.
• Proven leadership and oversight for Resource Optimization Center (ROC) and centralized scheduling operations within a global captive center environment.
• Establish, monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational benchmarks.
