DEVELOPMENT STRATEGISTS INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING INC. is seeking a Lead Coordinator to oversee day-to-day Service Operations Center activities.

The role involves serving as the primary client contact at the branch level, coordinating recruitment, deployment, and manpower rostering across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related field, strong recruitment and rostering experience, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid experience in recruitment and manpower rostering, preferably in a manpower/logistics staffing environment.
• Strong client-handling and communication skills — comfortable being the face of the company at client sites.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-branch operations setup.
• Must have own service vehicle and be willing to travel and visit branches regularly.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first layer of communication with the client on-site, addressing day-to-day concerns before escalation.
• Lead and supervise SOC coordination activities across assigned branches.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment support: sourcing, screening, and endorsement of candidates.
• Prepare, monitor, and adjust manpower rosters/schedules to meet client and operational requirements.
• Coordinate closely with branch teams on manpower deployment and staffing gaps.
• Ensure timely resolution of manpower-related concerns (absences, replacements, shortages).
• Conduct branch visits to monitor compliance, manpower status, and client satisfaction on-site.
• Act as liaison between the client, deployed personnel, and head office/management.
• Handle first-level client concerns on-site; elevate unresolved issues to the Account Manager/Operations Head within 24 hours.
• Prepare coordination reports and updates for management, including client issue turnaround time.
