Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a Workforce Scheduler to drive centralized workforce planning and scheduling across multiple sites, programs, and regions. You will translate demand forecasts and constraints into optimized schedules while balancing capacity, utilization, and service-level performance.

The role supports the Global Command Center and Real Time teams, coordinating with various stakeholders to manage staffing risks and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with real-time adherence and intraday workforce management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs, sites, and time zones.
• Strong communication and escalation management skills.
• Experience with Calabrio and IEX is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares optimal shift schedules with breaks and generates rosters to balance staffing across sites, programs, and regions.
• Generates interval-level forecasts for transaction volume, AHT, shrinkage, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinates workforce requirements across multiple sites and time zones to align with business and service-level needs.
• Monitors intraday staffing and service levels; identifies gaps and coordinates actions with Real Time and Operations teams.
• Plans and schedules team activities like meetings, training and coaching.
• Reconciles employee presence in client and WFM systems with available staff and calibration to performance.
• Maintains accurate WFM rosters and headcount visibility across operations.
• Participates in regular calibration with global and regional stakeholders on headcount and forecasts.
• Identifies service-level and staffing risks; escalates and resolves with relevant teams.
• Supports standardization and continuous improvement of WFM processes and reporting.
• Demonstrates leadership in driving improvements and consistent execution of global WFM processes.
