Job summary

Asia Select is hiring a Workforce Scheduler in Muntinlupa City. The role develops, publishes, and maintains workforce schedules to support demand and service continuity, coordinating with WFM, Operations, L&D, and HR.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, rest days, training blocks, and workforce allocations, plus monitoring changes and ensuring compliance with plans. Onsite work setup with a focus on accurate roster management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in workforce scheduling or related roles.
• Experience in BPO, contact center, shared services, or high-volume operations.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling concepts: shift planning, coverage, rest-day management, overtime.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, WFM systems, and scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret staffing requirements and translate to schedules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedule changes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain schedules by site, shift, team, role, and employee.
• Plan and assign shifts, rest days, break schedules, training blocks, and allocations.
• Monitor schedule changes including leaves, overtime, and roster updates.
• Validate changes to ensure coverage and targets are met.
• Identify staffing gaps and conflicts and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with WFM, Ops, and HR to align with demand.
• Maintain schedule records, version controls, and approval logs.
• Generate reports and analyses for stakeholders.
• Support planning by aligning schedules with hiring and training.
• Contribute to process and tool improvements in scheduling.
