Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Retail Workforce Scheduler to support the AU consumer telco segment. Onsite, dayshift, based at BGC, Taguig, you will translate forecasts into rosters, ensure compliance with enterprise agreements, and balance labor budgets.

You will collaborate with store leaders and analysts, publish rosters on time, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement in workforce management practices across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), scheduling, or planning roles.
• 2-3 years creating and managing rosters in retail, customer service, or frontline environments.
• Proven hands-on with enterprise WFM systems and automated scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, awards, labour legislation, rest periods, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Retail Store Leaders and Workforce Analysts to align store rosters with plans and forecasts.
• Create, publish, and maintain accurate store rosters within timelines while ensuring compliance with Enterprise Agreements.
• Convert forecasts, demand trends, and workload drivers into efficient schedules and balanced labour-mix strategies.
• Monitor roster compliance, identify and escalate potential risks, labor-law issues, or exceptions.
• Analyze roster outcomes, scheduling trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in workforce management.
