Job summary

apply is seeking a Staffing Strategy Support and Lead Workforce Management Team to drive data-driven staffing models and forecasting for all roles in Metro Manila. The role focuses on strategic decision making using forecast, planning, trend history and real-time data to ensure capacity to provide stellar service to clients.

Data analysis and statistical modeling will drive the decision process, and there is a strong emphasis on identifying and developing top talent while aligning to industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience, including forecasting, scheduling and real-time analytics.
• 3-5 years experience supervising a team of exempt level professionals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales/productivity data and develop data-driven staffing models.
• Forecast and plan staffing needs to support recruiting, hiring and onboarding for all roles.
• Lead decision-making using forecast, planning, trend history and real-time data to ensure capacity for service.
• Develop best-in-class talent and manage a diverse workforce planning team in a evolving environment.
• Align staffing practices with industry best practices and WFM product usage.
