The Moment Group is looking for a proactive Workforce Planning Officer in the Philippines to lead staffing plans, build insightful Excel dashboards, and drive efficient scheduling while aligning with store operations and labor cost targets.

You will collaborate with various brands, enforce workforce policies, and apply AI tools to streamline processes. Excellent communication and rapid learning skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Excel skills to build functional reports, dashboards, and analyze data efficiently.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to research, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with store operations teams.
• Ability to enforce scheduling policies and maintain high output quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans and schedules aligned with operational requirements.
• Prepare clear Excel reports and dashboards to monitor staffing trends, schedule adherence, and labor costs.
• Bridge between Workforce Planning and store Operations teams; explain and roll out workforce processes to store managers.
• Create and maintain accurate employee schedules and adjust in real time for absences or demand shifts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workforce management processes and introduce AI-assisted improvements.
