Job summary

Optum in the Philippines seeks a Manager Business Analyst to lead end-to-end workforce analytics, forecasting, capacity planning, and vendor coordination across a complex multi-site delivery model.

Responsibilities include translating data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders, developing predictive models, and driving efficiency with internal teams and outside partners. Strong leadership and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management with forecasting, capacity planning and analytics.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations with internal teams and vendors.
• Expert-level Excel and data modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with WFM platforms such as IEX and call routing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, forecast, and trend workforce data for enterprise decision making.
• Own end-to-end WFM analytics including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling assumptions.
• Develop strategies to optimize workload distribution across teams and vendors.
• Present insights and recommendations during reviews and executive discussions.
• Lead and coach a team of workforce analysts, managing capacity and priorities.
