Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum division in the Philippines seeks a Manager Business Analyst to lead end-to-end Workforce Management analytics across multi-site and multi-vendor environments. You will translate data into strategic insights, drive forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing decisions.

You will coach a team of analysts, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure alignment with service commitments and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management with forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and analytics.
• Experience supporting call centers, shared services, or large-scale operations with internal teams and external vendors.
• Advanced experience building analytical models and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience with IEX and workforce reporting.
• Experience with Genesys/AWS and call routing optimization concepts.
• Proven Excel proficiency and ability to communicate complex analysis clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex operational and workforce data for enterprise decisions.
• Build and maintain workforce models, templates, and simulations for forecasting and capacity planning.
• Own end-to-end Workforce Management analytics including forecasting and scheduling assumptions.
• Develop strategies to optimize workload distribution across internal teams and vendors.
• Lead vendor calibration and performance reviews to ensure forecast accuracy and readiness.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for executives and partners.
• Lead and coach a team of workforce analysts and manage capacity and development.
