Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a seasoned Planner to lead data-driven workforce planning and strategic analysis in a fast-paced environment. You will forecast operational needs, prepare business cases, and present findings to inform decisions across call center and back-office functions.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in WFM, strong data mining and reporting skills, and a track record of influencing business outcomes. This role emphasizes healthcare operations and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience supporting Call Centers or Back Office operations.
• 3+ years of senior/executive level communication and/or presentation experience.
• 3+ years of long-range planning, financial modeling and complex data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience identifying data sources, defining KPIs and building reports.
• 3+ years of experience handling complex operations with company-wide scope.
• Experience with NICE, Aspect, Verint WFM software.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data.
• Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business reviews and planning.
• Support short- and long-term operational and strategic activities through analysis.
• Develop recommended business solutions through data research and process review and implement when appropriate.
• Support ad hoc operational/strategic activities through analysis and reporting.
• Review and report on key metrics including volume, occupancy, SLA/turnaround time, and attrition.
• Perform other job-related work as assigned.
• Comply with employment contracts and company policies, including flexible work arrangements as needed.
