Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, through Optum, is seeking a skilled Planner in Manila to grow and manage workforce planning studies and deliver insights for operational and business decisions. In this role, you will analyze data, forecast trends, develop data-driven recommendations, and support long-term planning with executive-level communication and detailed reports.

Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience with WFM tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of WFM experience supporting Call Centers or Back Office operations.
• 3+ years of senior or executive level communication and/or presentation experience.
• 3+ years of long range planning, financial modeling and data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience identifying sources of data and reporting.
• 3+ years of handling complex operations and financial issues.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, forecast, and trend complex data.
• Present analysis for operational reviews and planning.
• Support short and long-term operational/strategic activities through analysis.
• Develop business solutions through research and data analysis.
• Support ad hoc operational/strategic activities through analysis.
• Review and report key metrics: volume, AHT, shrinkage, occupancy, SLA/turnaround.
• Perform other job-related work as assigned.
• Comply with employment terms and company policies.
