Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in WFM within call centers or back-office environments, strong data analysis and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Workforce Management experience in call centers or back office.
• 3+ years of executive communication/presentation experience.
• 3+ years of long-range planning, financial modeling and data analysis.
• 3+ years of data sourcing, consumption and reporting.
• 3+ years handling complex operations and financial issues.
• Experience with WFM software NICE, Aspect, Verint.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, forecast, and trend complex data.
• Present analysis for operational and business review and planning.
• Support short and long-term operational/strategic activities through analysis.
• Develop business solutions through research and data analysis and implement when appropriate.
• Support ad hoc operational/strategic activities through analysis and reporting.
• Review key metrics including volume, AHT, shrinkage, occupancy, utilization, attrition, and SLA.
• Perform other job-related work as assigned.
• Comply with employment contracts, policies and directives.
