Job summary

Excelin Marketing OPC is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and efficient delivery services across Luzon. You will lead a team, optimize storage, and ensure accuracy in receiving, picking, and dispatch processes.

Responsibilities include route planning, fleet coordination, KPI monitoring, cost control, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, storage, picking, staging, loading, dispatching, and returns.
• Ensure all inbound/outbound items are properly documented and accounted for.
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and efficient space utilization.
• Label, code, and store items per company procedures; monitor manpower usage.
• Coordinate with Inventory Controller and Accounting on discrepancies and adjustments.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules, ensuring on-time, complete deliveries to customers.
• Manage route planning and truck assignments; monitor KPI metrics like inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
