Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehousing and logistics, including inbound/outbound operations, transportation and inventory.
• Strong leadership, project management, collaboration and third‑party management with financial acumen and audit exposure.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements, cost optimization and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of logistics systems, optimization models, risk management and continuous improvement practices.
• Willingness to work in Bicutan, Paranaque.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely, accurate, safe and cost-effective storage and delivery of goods.
• Drives inventory optimization through innovative models, systems, and cross-functional improvements.
• Oversees warehouse strategy, network design, audits, and performance enhancements.
• Develops and manages transportation strategies, fleet deployment, routing, and modal optimization.
• Establishes and continuously improves 3PL partnerships and contracts.
• Optimizes logistics costs using financial analysis, forecasting and cross-functional trade-offs.
• Designs and implements business continuity and risk management plans for logistics operations.
• Ensures efficient facilities and building management, including audits, maintenance and operational design.
• Leads talent development, engagement, succession planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Aligns logistics strategies, systems and OKRs with overall business objectives.
