Readyman Inc in Cabuyao City, Laguna is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

You will lead a team, drive operational excellence, and manage manpower, productivity, attendance, and safety while adapting to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays to meet deadlines and support our supply chain objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics/operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple operational concerns and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Hands-on in managing manpower, productivity, attendance, safety and daily operations.
