Qualifications

• College level or college graduate required.
• 2–4 years in warehouse, logistics, or team leadership roles preferred.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead and motivate the operations team to meet productivity targets.
• Monitor inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of stock.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports as needed.
• Implement warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Support staff training and development.
