Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
5+ years in managerial or supervisory logistics roles
Experience in customer service and sales/value offerings
Proven ability to manage integrated distribution/supply chain operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with Philippines market dynamics and safety/sustainability

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of end-to-end logistics operations including customer engagement, safety, compliance, warehousing and transportation.
Visit customers to understand logistics needs and develop value-added services.
Oversee warehouse and terminal operations for efficiency, safety and cost-effectiveness; optimize freight costs.
Drive digitalization to streamline processes and improve cost-to-serve.
Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team with clear KPIs; foster continuous improvement.
